About us
Strong plants start small.
Esverde is a trading company specialising in young plants and starting material for professional nurseries. We supply a wide range of young plants for further growing, sourced from regular, carefully selected suppliers in Central America and Asia.
Long-term partnerships and fixed production programmes allow us to build a reliable supply and consistently high product quality. We visit the growers regularly to follow the progress of the crops, check quality and safeguard continuity of production.
With short lines of communication, market knowledge and a personal approach, Esverde is the link between producer and nursery. Together we work towards high-quality starting material and lasting relationships our customers can rely on.
How we work
Four things you can count on
Regular suppliers
Long-standing partnerships with suppliers in Central America and Asia, combined with years of experience, allow us to have products made to measure, to the required specifications and quality standards.
Weekly shipments
A controlled production process and precise planning allow us to deliver every week, with most orders produced to a fixed schedule.
Quality
Through continuity, clear communication and knowledge sharing, we work closely with our suppliers on a consistent, high-quality product. Structured coordination and quality checks throughout production ensure that products meet the agreed requirements and expectations.
Short lines
Short lines of communication and direct coordination with our producers let us respond quickly to quality issues, changing market conditions and the specific needs of our customers.
What we watch
Three things that are not negotiable
Healthy and responsibly produced
We work with MPS-qualified suppliers who pay attention to responsible cultivation and crop protection. Most of our suppliers follow the lists of permitted and banned crop protection products of various retail organisations. Several suppliers also have their own laboratory, where they develop and apply biological control methods to keep their crops healthy in a responsible way.
Uniformity and consistent quality
For the professional grower it is essential to be able to count on uniform starting material. That is why we work with regular suppliers and production programmes aimed at consistent product specifications, uniform quality and reliable continuity. So you receive starting material that fits your crop planning and quality requirements.
Planning and continuity
Reliable delivery starts with good planning and careful scheduling of production. By matching the production of starting material to demand and the desired delivery dates in good time, we create clarity and continuity. This takes open, transparent communication and close cooperation between Esverde, our suppliers and the grower. That is how we make sure orders are produced and delivered on schedule.
